Subject	keeps revving up

Message	i replaced 2 injectors did all the deletes egr, pcvs, aivs, prvr, and carbon canister but now when i turn on my car it revs and keeps on going all the way to almost 5000 but i turn it off before that happens everyone keeps saying that its the throttle cable. but to me everything looks good what else should i check or what to recheck on the cable how to can i put it back to normal any instructions?.
